Our Cancellation policy:
Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days (2 months) or more prior to your arrival date, we issue a full refund minus the fee. For Holiday Season reservations (involving dates between Dec 20
th and Jan 5th), the cancellation window is 120 days out instead of 60 days out. The refund will not include PayPal fees if you elected that form of payment, unless PayPal issues the refund. If you cancel inside of the ‘no refund’ window, the refund is based on our ability to resell your dates. We will refund as many of your dates as we are able to re-sell, at whatever rate we can negotiate minus the cancellation fee. Ours is a small business with tight margins and although I understand emergencies do happen, if you depend on a refund inside the ‘no refund’ window, I recommend that you purchase trip insurance to safeguard your vacation. Your reservation serves as a binding contract between us – me to provide lodging and you to abide by our policies.


Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. Please add Hawaii/AccomTax of 14.25% when you are figuring your total. A non-refundable administative fee of $50.00 and a cleaning fee of $130.00 is required with each reservation. For stays below the minimum stay, add a $100 short stay service charge. You must agree to and sign a release of liability.

We are owner operated and live right here in West Maui, so you never have to deal with an impersonal rental agency. There are no other additional fees. I provide wi-fi for free. We thoroughly clean the accomodation prior to your arrival and our housekeepers can be hired by you for intermediate cleaning if you wish. At least one mid-stay maid service is required for extended stays.

How to reserve:
We require payment of 50% of your total due when you make your reservation in order to hold your dates. For longer stays, installment payments can be arranged. You must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Once you are paid in full, we email you directions and check-in procedures. We take a credit card number to hold your dates immediately until your first payment arrives in the mail. Payment can be made by personal/bank check, money order, Zelle and/or PayPal (to include the PayPal fee).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 308 Lahaina Roads. The condo was perfect with such a beautiful view! Close to downtown Lahaina too. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, except a blender. (Note from Owner - I have blenders in stock and would have provided one if I had known. The previous guest might have broken it and thrown it out without letting me know. Sorry for the inconvenience.) Other than that it had everything!! There was nothing like swimming in the pool with the ocean right there...make sure you look for sea turtles. They showed up every evening at sunset right at the sea wall. Thank you Jan for sharing your treasure with us!!

We had a great time at Lahaina Roads. 308 has everything you could hope for in a vacation home. We saw whales from day one and turtles every day of our stay. The grounds were well maintained. The condo was clean and the layout perfect. Recommendation: rent a car, as the property is, in my view, just out of comfortable walking range to downtown Lahaina. Safeway and Longs Drug are in easy walking range. This condo has air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom; this is a feature not found in all Lahaina Roads units.

This condo was perfect for us. It was easy to get around
to all our activities, and Jan was very helpful giving us
information to assist us in our planning. The condo was
well appointed and clean. Loved the ocean view. Would definitely book again when we return.
