Our cancellation policy:
Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 60 days (2 months) or more prior to your arrival day, we issue a full refund minus the fee. For holiday season reservations (involving dates between Dec 20th and Jan 5th), the cancellation window is 120 days, or 4 months out instead of 2 months out. The refund will not include PayPal fees, if you elected that form of payment, as we are not recipients of those fees. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date (or within 120 days if it is a holiday season reservation), the refund is based on our ability to fill your reserved dates. We will refund as many of your reserved dates as we are able to fill, at the rate we are able to negotiate, minus the cancellation fee. Your reserving with a credit card and/or payment is explicit acceptance of this policy.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. Please add Hawaii/AccomTax of 13.41% when you are figuring your total. A non-refundable reservation fee of $50.00 is required with each reservation. For stays below the minimum stay, add a $100 short stay service charge.

We are owner operated and live right here in West Maui, so you never have to deal with an impersonal rental agency. There are no other additional fees. I provide wi-fi for free. We thoroughly clean the accomodation prior to your arrival and our housekeepers can be hired by you for intermediate cleaning if you wish. At least one mid-stay maid service is required for extended stays.

How to reserve:
We require payment of 50% of your total due when you make your reservation in order to hold your dates. For longer stays, installment payments can be arranged. You must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Once you are paid in full, we email you directions and check-in procedures. We take a credit card number to hold your dates immediately until your first payment arrives in the mail. Payment can be made by personal/bank check, money order and/or PayPal (to include the PayPal fee).

Lahaina Roads #311 is right on the ocean and has a fantastic view of the Mala small boat ramp, the island of Lanai and all the whale and turtle activity you can imagine. It has been completely remodeled the fall of 2011 and updated in a tasteful, sleek and modern style. There are is a cool ceramic tile floor throughout the apartment. The bedroom is furnished with 2 nightstands and lamps, a King size bed, a dresser and a huge mirrored closet. The bathroom has a nice large vanity with a granite counter, a tub/shower and a large linen closet. There is a full size front loader Maytag washer/dryer right in the unit. The kitchen has been newly remodeled, with great stainless appliances: a ceramic top range, above stove micro, D/W, full size fridge and icemaker. We also provide all the usual small appliances: a toaster, blender, & coffee maker, with a large stainless sink and filtered water. All the cabinets are new. The counter top is granite. The kitchen is fully equipped for even the longest term stays, and comes supplied with ‘starters' like spices, coffee filters and coffee. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sectional sofa, various tables & lamps for reading and games, a TV with cable TV programming, a DVD player, and an iPod dock. There is a super comfortable queen size murphy bed in the living room. There is dining on the breakfast bar or out on the lanai, where there is a nice table and dining for 4.

A private phone is included with an answering machine. It is blocked for long distance calls, but local calls and 1-800 calls are free. There is free DSL and wi-fi in the apartment for you. All linens (bed, bath and kitchen) are provided, as are beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for the beach. Often, guests leave various beach toys that they had bought, like floaties or boogie boards. I don't supply these or maintain the inventory, but it is common that you will find some beach toys such as this on your arrival here. We also provide an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The bathroom and kitchen are stocked with 'starter' paper supplies, as well as bath & kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and detergent for the automatic dishwasher.

We stay in 311 every winter. We love watching the turtles,whales and sunsets feom the lanai. Condo is well equipped and has plenty of space. Jan is very knowledgable and eagerly to help.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in what we like to call our little piece of heaven on Maui. LR 311 was our home away from home and at the end of each day when we returned after many wonderful adventures exploring the Island our condo was a welcome and wonderful retreat. The view was absolutely amazing and we had many sunset dinners on the Lanai. Jan was always there letting us know if there was anything we needed all we had to was call. The condo is so clean and comfy and has everything one needs and more. It was perfection. We are going back next year. Can't wait. Thanks so much Jan it was our sincere pleasure to deal with you on renting this wonderful spot

Words can not express how beautiful this condo is. It is very clear that lots of love has gone into this amazing home. I can't express enough how lucky we were to find this condo right on the beach! Every morning we had breakfast on the lanai as well as most of our dinners watching the sunset. Right on famous Front Street yet feels very private and secluded. Lovely flower, plants,and tiki torches on the grounds; as well as club house with shelves of books to borrow. Within walking distance to resturants, shopping, and cocktails. Covered parking and relaxing pool that was cleaned daily. Truly a dream come true place to stay!! When we return to Maui, this is where we will stay!! Thank you so very much.... Aloha Love

My husband and I stayed in lahaina roads 311 from dec 3-11. Definitely wasn't long enough. Loved Hawaii. It was our first time there, and I think we were lucky to find such a great condo in such a great location. Plus the view was fabulous! We watched the sea turtles from our lanai, enjoyed the close snorkeling beaches, and spending time walking through the shops right down the road in Lahaina. When we return, we will definitely remember this condo, and will definitely return.

Perfection. Beautiful. Exactly what you expect...and amazing for the price! We LOVED it. Close to downtown...but quiet and away. Lovely pool, lanai, and living room...which we slept in every night instead of the bedroom, so we could listen to the ocean waves. Pull down bed was comfy. We will return! We didn't want to leave! THANK you!!!

This place was wonderful for our stay in Lahaina. My husband and I had breakfast out on the lanai and watched sea turtles poke their heads out of the water. It was close to everything we wanted to see. The place was clean and very updated. The A/C was wonderful as well!! Jan recommended Andreas at Barefoot for booking tours, and I highly recommend him as well! He went above and beyond to help us book our snorkeling and dolphin tour to Lanai! (We waited too long to book it and then had to hunt for availability.) It was an awesome tour!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful accomodations with us!

This was our fist time to Maui and also our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Unit 311 was everything advertised and more. It was the perfect unit to use as our home base and included everything we required. Being newly remodeled it was immaculate inside and also has a location and rental price that is hard to beat. The building and grounds were well taken care of by a very attentive Caretaker. We would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity arises and have recommended this unit to many of our friends. A big thanks also to Jan for her incredible hospitality and unbelievable assistance regarding restaurants, sightseeing, rentals, etc.. Listen to Jan as her recommendations and advice were spot on. Thanks for making our stay in Paradise something we will never forget! Mahalo.

We enjoyed our stay in the unit. It was great and included numerous supplies including detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer in the unit. The bath and kitchen were updated and there was lots of room. A great view and a great location. Jan provided a lot of information on the island. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

It was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The condo was immaculate, well furnished including laundry machines, all kitchen appliances and tools. We even made use of the huge BBQs by the pool. Parking lot was near the manager’s office which gave added security for our car along with camera surveillance. Be sure to bring your binoculars. The view from the lanai was breathtaking while eating meals, watching the whales, dolphins, turtles, boats and surfers paddling their way across the sunset. Be sure to check the fridge and cupboards before buying groceries. It will save you a few $$. Don’t forget to give your phone # at the grocery store, you’ll save even more

You couldn't ask for a better location. Within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and all the action on Front St. Every morning we would have breakfast on the lanai and watch the whales and turtles! The unit itself is very nice, the new kitchen is great (especially for those who like to cook). We were there for 14 nights and we slept in the murphy bed every day so we could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. We didn't even make it to the master bedroom (which by the way is also very nice). I couldn't recommend a better place to say, we can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything
